We transformed this traditional press into a modern, high-performance machine through a complete controls and hydraulic system retrofit.

This press modernization included the design and construction of new control panels featuring advanced technologies such as a wireless operator panel and a large touchscreen HMI with digital gauges.

 

We also introduced a servo-controlled valve system for precise forming pressure control, proportional pump control to improve energy efficiency, and enhanced safety systems, including safety relays with dual-contact monitoring. In addition, we upgraded the entire hydraulic system and pump motor assembly to optimize performance and reliability.
